We believe organic chemistry is one of the most fascinating fields of research, as it seamlessly blends intellectual exploration, creativity, and hands-on craftsmanship.

We strongly advocate for learning through research. For this reason, we invest in both experimental training and continuous education through problem-solving, literature surveys, and journal clubs. Participation in conferences, workshops, and summer schools is an integral part of our training program.
